Jackie Gleason was the true "Great One," and you, sir, are no Jackie Gleason
Recently, a talk host acquaintence of mine on Facebook (who in real life is a very nice fellow who I wish would stop drinking the Kool-Aid on-air and offer some of his own, interesting real-life opinions), posted a comment about syndicated host Mark Levin, that I will charitably call obsequious. My response:
"Levin is a political hack with no sense of humor, who owes his radio career to his connections. The fact that this schmuck is nationally syndicated while scores of truly talented hosts are scraping around for work, makes me sick to my stomach.
"Aside from that, I have no opinion on the subject."
