New Attitude

So here we are, a coupla days until New Year's, and I'm feeling something I'm really not used to feeling this time of year...

...optimistic...

I have no idea why. Maybe it's the way the Eagles roused from their season-long slumber today and handed it to the dreaded Cowboys; or the fact that we got so much cool stuff this Christmas; or perchance it's that the wheels are turning on my eventual return to broadcasting; or the imminent arrival in D.C. of a new administration and the promise it holds to - just maybe - turn things around; then again it could be that it's finally warming up a little bit...

...or it could just be the new regimen of antidepressants. Yeah, that's it...
