Carry That Weight

Here's the latest on the weight-loss campaign...

Me: 234...down 23 lbs total since early September.

My Wife: (weight undisclosed because I don't like sleeping on the couch)...down about 20 lbs.

You'd be amazed at how much easier it is to get up in the morning.
